HTML/CSS

I've been working with HTML since sometime in 1998. I was somewhat late to get on the CSS bandwagon as I didn't really do much with it until summer of 2005. Since around that time I have made it a point to use CSS effectively and properly when creating a layout for websites. My work with Ruby on Rails and it's philosophy of separation of function, content, and presentation have reinforced those habits.
